• We are located centrally in G-5 Shop No. 7 Subhash Chowk, Laxmi Nagar, 110092 Delhi, India. Shipping timeline from date of dispatch ranges from 3 -7 days. In rare cases, it may take a little longer if there is a festive season, travel restrictions, Other external factors or natural calamities which may also cause a delay.

All expedited delivery requests are encouraged to be placed between Mon-Fri (9am - 5pm). 
• In most cases, upon receiving the product you will be asked for verification through OTP. 
• In case the wrong address is filled by the customer, Sonu Sports will not be able to take responsibility for the delivery of order in a timely manner.

What are the delivery charges?

• A 60 INR charge for delivery per order may be applied if the order value is less than 399 INR. While, orders of 399 INR or above are delivered free of cost.

Are there any hidden costs (sales tax, octroi etc.) on items sold by Barman Retail?

• There are NO hidden charges when you make a purchase on Barman Retail. List prices are final and all inclusive. The price you see on the product page is exactly what you would pay.
• Delivery charges are not hidden charges and are charged (if at all) extra depending on the order value price.

What is the estimated delivery time?

• You will receive E-mail on successful dispatch. Fulfillment happens in 1 to 2 working days.  We will dispatch within 1 to 2 working days.
